What is the return policy?
If your order arrives damaged or does not match the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please send us a photo of the damage and your order details. We will review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can the stems be reshaped or trimmed?
Most of our stems are wired and can be gently bent or shaped. Some can also be trimmed to fit your vase or arrangement.
Many of our customers use our stems and bouquets for weddings, bridal showers and ceremonies. Our flowers are designed to look lifelike in photos and in person.
How do I care for my faux flowers?
Simply dust occasionally with a soft cloth or a light blast of compressed air. Keep away from direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve the colour.
Flowers arrived a little squashed ?
This can occasionally happen during transit. Simply use a hairdryer on its lowest heat setting and gently blow warm air over the petals. The flowers will gradually restore to their original shape within a few minutes.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. The processing time is 1-3 days.
Delivery times vary by location:
- North America: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch
- United Kingdom & Australia: 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
- ROW: 7 to 12 business days after dispatch
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in carefully selected factories in China. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
