Thank you for shopping with Faux Flower Place! We’re committed to delivering your beautifully crafted faux flowers and greenery safely and quickly. Please read below for our current shipping timelines and details.


📦 Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed with care and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.

Standard Processing:
🕒 1–3 business days before your order ships.

Holiday seasons, high-demand periods, and personalised orders may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.


US Shipping (United States)

📍 Standard Shipping:
🚚 5-7 business days after processing
📦 FREE on orders over a specified amount (set in Shopify settings)

📍 Express Shipping:
🚀 3–5 business days after processing
⚡ Available at checkout for an additional fee


🌍 International Shipping

📦 Most orders ship within 5–12 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Import duties, taxes are covered by the store. VAT does apply.


🪩 Personalized & Custom Orders

Items with personalisation (names, cards, colours) require extra care:
📍 Processing: 2–5 business days
Shipping time is still based on selected shipping method.

Be sure to double-check your spelling and customisation details — once engraved or crafted, personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned.


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

📦 Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We understand how disappointing it is to not receive your order on time or intact.

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or significantly delayed:

✔ Please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
✔ We will assist with tracking or replacement support
✔ Photos of damage may be requested for claims

Packages delayed due to carrier issues or customs are not the responsibility of Faux Flower Place, but we will do our best to help.
