We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Custom or personalised orders
Made-to-order bouquets or arrangements
Final sale or clearance items
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or customised, we cannot resell returned personalised items.
💳 Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item:

📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
